The Perth and District Food Bank will be hosting a variety of events throughout the week.

MONDAY MAY 7TH: Hungry for Change Dinner. Join us for dinner and a discussion about food insecurity around the world. Admission is by donation. Doors open at 6:00 PM and dinner will be served at 6:30 PM. Space is limited, please call 613-267-6428 ext 4 to reserve a space for you and your peers.

WEDNESDAY MAY 9TH: Coupon Clipping Info Session. Come in for our Community Meal 5:00 – 6:30 and learn about the art of clipping coupons and save money!

FRIDAY MAY 11TH: Open Stage. Join us at the Community Meal 5:00 – 6:30 and stay for our first ever Open Stage. All entertainers and all forms of entertainment welcome. Sign up or just show up! Call 613-267-6428 ext. 4 for more details.

Positions include: Check-in, Check-out, Assisting Clients and Stocking shelves, Cleaning, and Delivery in and around town. We are currently looking to fill spots between 1:30 pm – 4:00 pm on Mondays, 10:30 am – 1:30 pm and 1:30- pm – 4:00 pm on Thursdays and 10:30 am – 1:30 pm on Fridays. If you are interested in volunteering there will be an orientation meeting on Wednesday May 18th @ 3:00 pm at the Food Bank. Please call 613-267-6428 to register.
